Matcha Latte
A calming, antioxidant-rich drink that provides sustained energy without the crash. Matcha has been used in Zen Buddhist practice for centuries to support meditation and mindfulness.

Ingredients
- •1 tsp ceremonial grade matcha powder
- •2 tbsp hot water (not boiling, ~175°F)
- •1 cup warm milk of choice
- •½ tsp vanilla extract
- •1 tsp raw honey or maple syrup
- •Pinch of cardamom (optional)
Instructions
- 1.Sift matcha powder into a bowl or mug to remove clumps.
- 2.Add 2 tablespoons of hot water (not boiling) and whisk vigorously with a bamboo whisk or frother until a smooth paste forms.
- 3.Warm your milk of choice and froth it.
- 4.Pour the frothed milk over the matcha paste.
- 5.Stir in vanilla and honey. Dust with cardamom if desired.
