Recipes

In Ayurveda, food is medicine. These recipes are rooted in the principle of Sattva — purity, harmony, and balance. Sattvic foods promote clarity of mind, lightness of body, and a calm nervous system — the ideal foundation for a meaningful yoga practice.

Each recipe is designed to nourish, heal, and support your journey on and off the mat.
